按以下步骤进行:
(1)了解设备对液压系统的要求。
(2)根据设备对系统的要求,以执行元件为中央将整个系统分解为若干子系统。
(3)根据对执行元件的动作要求。参照电磁铁动作顺序表,逐步分析各子系统的换向回路、调速回路、压力控制回路等。
(4)根据设备各执行元件间的互锁、同步、顺序动作和互不干扰等要求,分析各子系统之间的联系。
(5)归纳总结整个系统的特点,以加深对系统的理解。
